Being online so often, I find myself considering what others think of me far more often than holding my regard of myself at a higher level. At what point did some of us forget that we can be ourselves 110% and not work to dispel any perceptions or combat assumptions others have projected onto us? As a task to myself, and one you can take with you- ask yourself who you are and what you can do in order to further align yourself with who you currently are- and the person you want to be. I actively hold conversations with myself to assert who I am to myself as to not waiver when in doubt. For me, I have to redirect my thoughts and ideas that work to interject themselves as I acknowledge that they are not mine to begin with. Begin discerning. Treat it like a game.
